The Park has electric, water, sanitary sewer, drainage and roadway improvements installed and the telephone and natural gas utilities will be extending their services into the Park in early 2000.

A variety of municipal utility rates are available, depending upon the type of activity conducted. Highway frontage is available. A fiber optics T-1 telecommunications line will be made available to all parcels during the year 2000. The park abuts the municipal airport.
