As of January 2007 all
full time City of Fairview Employee are eligible for Employee of the Month. The supervisors get together once a month
and decide who is deserving of the award. The employee of the month gets a certificate & $100.00 and are then
eligible for Employee of the year. The Employee of the year gets a plaque & $500.00
