Fairview is the county seat of Major County, in the north-central part of Oklahoma, 45 miles southwest of Enid, 60 miles east of Woodward, 100 miles northwest of Oklahoma City and 150 miles west of Tulsa. Population: 2,733 (2000 Census).

DAVEY & BESSIE MARTENS AIRPORT


Davey & Bessie Martens Airport is on the north side of Fairview. 

The 55th annual Fairview Air Show will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday, November 10, 2007 at Davey and Bessie Martens Airport.

Teresa and Junior Regier, of Regier Flying Service, have coordinated the air show since 1988.
